Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is comprised of a 50 minute session, typically once each week. During this time, I let you take the lead on issues you want to process and support you by encouraging self-reflection. I also actively encourage you to practice self-care and healthy ways of coping. Talking about difficult subjects and emotions may result in feeling raw or vulnerable towards the end of session. Taking care of yourself after each session is a great way to ground yourself before transitioning back into your schedule and routine.
